Our client purchased the property whilst it was vacant with the intention of expanding, significantly improving the 'kerb appeal' and the quality of finishes throughout.  Albert Gough Builders were invited to quote for the works due to a recommendation of "...a long standing builder of repute".

The front porch was incorporated in the design by the Architect following a requirement of the client to replicate a similar porch construction by Albert Gough Builders on another property in Lymm.

An exact brick match was used for the porch pillars and the side extension so the new build elements were incorporated perfectly.

The works consisted of piled foundations not only due to ground conditions, but also consideration of the adjacent properties and the potential for disruption to their structures if traditional strip foundations were undertaken.  Internally a full new central heating system was installed, plastering, joinery and structural alterations.
